Shipping policy

Items will be shipped within 5 days of when the order is placed and will be shipped via USPS. When possible, items are posted the day after the order is received. It is possible to expedite shipment but the the upgrade in mail service will incur a fee. Otherwise, Maorinette Dolls offers free US shipping. 

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your item has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

 

International orders: Buyer is responsible for USPS international shipping fees and for all international customs/fees. The cost will vary by location.
